Going to the Doctor

Today was Jack's two-month appointment with Dr. Kroeze. This was exciting, since his last appointment was over a month ago...we were really curious about how much he would weigh. He's definitely been sporting some major jowls as of late. However, we were nervous about the needles. :-( Jack is 23 inches long, which puts him in the 50th percentile for his age. He weighs in at 13 pounds, 2 ounces, which is in the 75th percentile. :-) He was a brave little man, and he only cried for a short time after the shots (three of them). The same could be said for his mommy.

    Isnt that the truth. It was unbearable the first time that I took Finny in for shots. I think it hurt me more than him. A tip for you-- dress him in elastic wastebands on those days. One time I dressed Finny in little jeans and they were hard to get up and I think it was rubbing on the site. :(
